However business runs in Cyprus, that's how your ERP should work.
Manage sales, inventory, finance, payroll, production and projects in one system, with multi-currency and North Cyprus workflows. A shop, a construction site or a hotel all run on the same core.

Transaction integrity
You made a sale. You won't record it everywhere separately.
The person in the warehouse approves the delivery note that goes out with the goods, and that's it. Six ledgers are written at the same time. Click the tabs below to see what sits behind that single approval.

Approved on a single screen in the warehouse. No second entry anywhere else.
Either all six are written, or none. There is no such thing as a half-finished record or a balance that doesn't tie out.
Shelf balance and lot reservation dropped at the same time. The system won't issue goods that aren't in the warehouse.

North Cyprus business realities
How the island does business is the system's starting point.
You sold in sterling, got paid in TL. The result is in one report.
On the island, trade often runs in more than one currency: the invoice in sterling, the collection in TL, the supplier in euro. The system keeps all three apart without mixing them. You define the rate yourself: central, buying, selling and cash rates separately, for each date. You can also enter the rate by hand on a document. If no rate is defined, the system won't post the transaction rather than quietly writing the wrong figure.
Know in advance what works and what doesn't when the line drops.
We put in writing which screens and which devices work offline. In the meeting we also test in front of you how records sync once the connection returns. Note: this is for internet outages. If the power goes out you need a UPS, and that's a separate matter.
You won't keep a separate Excel for the Provident Fund.
Social Insurance and Provident Fund calculations sit inside payroll. At period end the declaration figure comes from the same payroll; you don't enter it into a second spreadsheet.
Don't find out a work permit has expired on payroll day.
A foreign employee's permit number, status and expiry date are kept on their record. Those nearing expiry appear on a reminder list in the HR screen. An employee whose permit doesn't cover the period is not added to payroll at all; the system won't allow it.
The POS device's end-of-day report is compared against the collections in the system. An amount that doesn't match won't close; it stays on screen and doesn't disappear under "we'll look at it tonight".
An account at a North Cyprus bank is held as a 28-digit UBAN, while Türkiye and overseas banks use IBAN. The system knows which one is validated by which rule. An account in the wrong format won't be saved.
KıbrısERP is a single modular platform. A wholesaler, a manufacturer, a hotel and a clinic all use the same core. We don't cut modules down by sector; the active modules and user scope depend on the package you choose and can be expanded later. Open any module and it reads the same records the others write.
Workflow management isn't an add-on, it's in the core.
Submitting for approval, approving, rejecting with a reason, requesting a revision, delegating to someone else, reminders and alerts: all in the standard package. You define which document, above which amount, goes through whom, and who can reject what. We don't sell a separate module for this. An ERP that runs work without approvals isn't really an ERP.
The AI runs on your own data. It reads your customer history, your correspondence and your sales activity and answers you. It doesn't pull general information from the internet. It's currently live on the customer side and in internal messaging, and is being extended to the other blocks.

KıbrısERP
Deniz Gıda Ltd. 412.800 ₺, across 14 invoices. Up %18 on last month. Then Karpaz Otelcilik 298.400 ₺, Lefke Kooperatifi 176.200 ₺. Note: Deniz Gıda's credit limit is %76 used.

Plain-language queries
Instead of hunting through report screens, you type the question and get the answer.
Next best action
Which lead to call back first, which opportunity is going cold, the system tells you.
Conversation and opportunity summary
Without reading a long thread from the top, you see where the file stands.
Customer sentiment
You catch the signal of satisfaction or complaint in correspondence early.
Campaign setup
Type "customers in Girne who haven't bought in six months" and it builds the segment rule.
Text generation
Campaign copy, proposal text and email drafts are prepared from your own data.
You're in control
No surprise bills, and your data doesn't leak out.
You can work two ways: connect your own AI subscription, or use it through us on tokens. When the tokens run out, the system stops. No charges run quietly in the background. Your keys are stored encrypted, and you choose which provider to use. If you'd rather not, you never turn the AI on; the ERP keeps working in full.
KıbrısERP isn't a program written for a single sector. Its core covers the work every business has in common. The core is the same whatever business you're in. Below you'll first see the businesses the core handles on its own, then the industry-specific Industry Solutions.
The core system covers all of these sectors
If you do one of these, you don't need any add-on module. Current accounts, inventory, accounting, payroll, production, projects, reports: all in the core. If you're not on the list, that's fine too. During setup we configure it to the way you work, we've explained how here.

Industry Solutions
Solutions that plug onto the core and bring the screens specific to a line of business. Each is priced separately; if you don't buy one the system doesn't run short, only those business-specific screens aren't opened. The list of solutions grows over time. A solution can be prepared for your business too.
Two companies in the same line of business don't work the same way.
An industry package gives the general frame of the work; the real question is what's inside that frame. Your approval sequence, your document layout, whatever your team is used to, the system is set up to match. We don't put a ready-made program in front of you and say "from now on you'll work this way".
Screen fields
If a piece of information you track isn't there as standard, it's added as a field, and the ones you don't use are hidden.
Approval sequence
Who approves which amount, which transaction goes through whom. Set up to your arrangement.
Document appearance
Invoice, delivery note, quote and work-order outputs print in a single standard layout. Company and document details fall into place. If you need your own template design, that falls under development work.
Price and discount
You define your own rules by customer group, quantity or season.
The names you use
The terms your team is used to carry into the system; nobody has to learn a new vocabulary.
Reports
Whatever table management wants to see is built; you're not limited to a ready-made report list.
Example, field service: Picture two technical-service firms on the island, both servicing air conditioners. One takes the job by phone, writes it on a docket and sends out a technician. The other schedules periodic maintenance every six months for contract customers and deducts parts usage from the work order. Give them both the same screen and one drowns in clutter while the other is left short. The field module is in both. The setup is different. It's like this for every sector.
Reporting & Analytics
You won't wander module by module for a report.
All of the system's reports are gathered on one screen. Twelve families, a catalogue of one hundred and thirty-nine. You find one by name, pick the period and branch, run it and take it as CSV or PDF.
One place, twelve families
From management to payroll, from the warehouse to legislation, all on the same screen. Your frequent ones in favourites, your most recent runs at hand.
Declaration figures where they belong
The North Cyprus VAT draft, Social Insurance, Provident Fund and income-tax withholding come straight out of payroll. No Excel at month end.
Tied to permissions and branch
Whatever someone is allowed to see is what they see in the report. Sterling and TL aren't thrown in one bag and summed; each currency stands on its own.
From line to source
You click to see which document a figure came from. Scheduled reports arrive by email on the day and time you set.
Next to every report in the catalogue it says what state it's in today: we distinguish reports that run from the centre, those that live in their module, and those on the roadmap. There's no report that says "available" and opens empty.
Local legislation isn't a setting, it's part of the core.
Whether business software works here depends less on how the screens look than on where tax, payroll and documents are calculated. KıbrısERP holds all three in its core under North Cyprus rules. The country isn't a setting chosen afterwards; it's the starting point of the design. Below we've put side by side what the island's way of doing business requires and the product's answers.
What doing business on the island requires
Local requirement
·TaxVAT bands must work to North Cyprus legislation. When a product is created, the correct rate should come up on its own.
·PayrollSocial Insurance and Provident Fund must be calculated inside payroll. The declaration must come from the same source.
·CurrencySterling, TL, euro and dollar must stand in the same ledger without mixing, and the source of the rate must be clear.
·BankA local bank account must be validated by the UBAN rule, an overseas account by the IBAN rule.
·SupportYou should be able to talk to someone working to the same legislation and the same filing calendar.
KıbrısERP
The answer in the core
✦TaxNorth Cyprus VAT bands are defined in the core. When you create a new product, the correct rate is ready.
✦PayrollSocial Insurance and Provident Fund are inside the calculation. One path from timesheet to accrual to declaration.
✦CurrencyEach currency on its own line; you define the rate by date as central, buying, selling and cash.
✦BankUBAN and IBAN are validated by separate rules. An account in the wrong format won't be saved.
✦SupportThe team is on the island, deals with the same tax office, and keeps to the same filing calendar.
The right level
Issuing an invoice is easy. The hard part is making the rest tie out.
If you issue invoices, keep current accounts and watch the till, a simple pre-accounting program may do the job. But once inventory costing, a second branch, manufacturing, service, progress payments and payroll come to the same table, things change. Look at the table below and find your own situation.

e-Document
When e-Invoice is required, you won't go looking for a separate program.
The scope of e-Invoice is widening on the island in stages. The core works the same whether or not you fall within scope. When your turn comes, you still issue the invoice on the sales screen. The document is produced inside the product in the North Cyprus schema. The submission line is in place. Live approval of the official-authority connection is ongoing; we've written down where we stand on each item in the compliance matrix. See the compliance matrix →
For chartered accountants
If the accountant won't use it, neither will the client.
We know this, which is why we build KıbrısERP together with authorized accountants in North Cyprus. The system doesn't take anyone's place: it produces the records properly, while the Chartered Accountant carries the judgement and the responsibility.
All your clients on one screen. You look at the trial balance, entries and documents of the firms you're authorized for, from one place.
From trial balance to document in three clicks. You see where a figure came from. If it was changed later, who changed it is kept too.
The chart of accounts fits here. Journal, trial balance and declaration outputs come in the layout you're used to.
A professional partnership. A priority support line, office-use terms agreed in writing, joint training and a planned founding accountants group.
We're a young product, and we've turned that into a way of working: instead of a customer count or a tally of years, we publish what can be measured. For each release, what changed, which record it rests on and which workflows passed automated tests is open. Before signing, you can ask for the test output of the relevant release, and we'll put it in front of you.

The records in the program you use now aren't left behind.
Everyone who wants to change programs asks this first: "What happens to the current-account, inventory and accounting records I've been entering for years?" The answer: we migrate the data from your current program into KıbrısERP. First we look at its structure, then we run a trial migration, then we compare the balances on both sides line by line. We don't go live until you and your Chartered Accountant approve the reconciliation report.
STEP 01
Pre-analysis
We map out what's in your current program and how it's structured.
STEP 02
Trial migration
We import the data into a KıbrısERP test environment and report where it snags.
STEP 03
Reconciliation
Balances in the old program and in KıbrısERP are compared line by line.
STEP 04
Training
Your team learns with their own data, doing their own work.
STEP 05
Controlled go-live
We switch over once you approve. If something goes wrong, a rollback plan is ready.
Cloud plans are priced per user, per month, in euro.
Each plan's monthly price per user is listed openly on the pricing page, excluding VAT. Running KıbrısERP on your own server, or with an unlimited number of users, is quoted after a short needs analysis. Setup, training and data migration are written as separate lines in that quote.
We don't play a canned presentation. We run your own business.
Tell us what you do, which program you use now, and where you get stuck most. In the meeting we'll open just that and work through it together on real screens. It takes thirty minutes.
